Great start for a game! I enjoy how you can casually build a city.
Ideas for improvements:
- Click and drag to place multiple tiles at once
- In game options/help menu
- Rotating deletes the tile underneath (bug?)
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for your great review! We're still actively working on the game, and it's very new. A help UI is something we're considering, and click-and-drag placement may be added in the future.
The issue with rotating deleting the tile underneath is a bug caused by the recently added Steam Deck controls. Sometimes, Steam Deck controls conflict with desktop controls, leading to problems like the rotating. We're looking forward fixing this in the next patch!
We appreciate your feedback and support lemo999!
It's really great to start with! If there were categories of objects, "smart" automation chose roads and spawn cars on the roads (indicating the path for the car), then I would use this game to prototype transport logistics.
Thanks for playing my game! I appreciate the idea, and I'll definitely consider it. Poliworld is still in very early development, and the focus is more on a relaxing city-building experience rather than heavy traffic and automation. However, I'll write it down as a potential feature for the future!
